Finally, the hot weather arrived! We left the house early, before our work day began, and headed for Lake Whatcom, about five minutes away. What a beautiful morning. Lots of swallows doing acrobatics over the edges of the lake.
What a fun adventure. When I first glanced at the title of the post I thought it said, "A Perfect Day for Padding". I was curious as to what kind of padding and where. Being a small chested person, my mind went first to bras. Naturally,I wanted to know what kind of day YOU thought was perfect for that special kind of padding.

NOW I see where my Canada Geese went! :-)
The same couple return here every year (at least the last four) and birth babies on the island of our pond. But they've already moved on this year. . .
I love having that connection here in North Carolina with you there in the Pacific NW. What lovely summer photos.
Have a Blessed New Moon in Cancer (Water)!
