Video Series! An Introduction to the Gaian Tarot

I had so much fun creating this video series,"An Introduction to the Gaian Tarot." I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I did making it. I filmed it on my studio deck, so you will hear dogs barking in the background at times, but hey! it's the first video series I ever made. I'll work on the audio a bit more next time around.

Anyway --

Whether or not you've purchased a copy of the Gaian Tarot, you'll enjoy this introductory series. There are five short videos and you'll receive one every two or three days over the next couple of weeks. Here's what I cover in each one:

• Video #1: The inspiration behind the Gaian Tarot and how it came to be created.
• Video #2: A close look at a few of the Gaian Major Arcana cards, comparing them to the Rider Waite Smith versions. I explain why I made certain creative choices, and talk about the stories behind the cards.
• Video #3: The elemental suits, number system and People (Court) cards of the Minor Arcana. I explain the "three sets of three mini-dramas" number system that I learned from Teresa Michelsen, and take a look at how my People cards vary in title and gender from more traditional court cards.
• Video #4: I show you how one of the numbers, the 4, is expressed in each of the elemental suits.
• Video #5: My creative process as seen in one card, the 3 of Earth, from inspiration through final artwork.
